Request a Quote
You can call us in the office to chat about your options 1300 668 187 - we can generally be able to give you some advice on the most appropriate solution.
Alternatively, you can send us your information via our website Request a Quote form and we will get back to you to discuss your requirements. This option can be handy after hours or on the weekend when we are not in the office.
For certain products it may be possible for us to give an indicative estimate over the phone. Sometimes we ask that you send through photos of the area to give us an idea about access and any issues for installation.
From that point we usually arrange a suitable time to come and discuss the project with you. We will set a time and date and pride ourselves on being reliable and punctual.

Our payment details - our preference is for a bank transfer.

We encourage communication throughout the process and want to make sure you are satisfied with the level of information you have about the products and service you will be receiving.
When you are ready to accept the quote - you can do that using the link on the email. This will send us a note that you have accepted and we can begin our behind the scenes process to get things started.
Payments
We offer custom products and request a 50% deposit prior to the ordering of the product. Once the deposit is received we will progress the project and ensure that the materials and product are ordered.
Installation
Once the materials and products have arrived, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for installation. Once the installation is complete you will receive product handover paperwork (if applicable) and the final balance invoice will be sent to you via email. We always welcome feedback and encourage you to get in touch with any comments or questions.
